Existing radiodiagnostic techniques, including radionuclide method, require that the sensitivity and specificity should be constantly improved in the detection of metastatic bone involvement for the more effective treatment and prevention of its complications. This paper compares the efficacy of 99mTc-EDTMP (Tekhnofor, "Diamed", Russia) and 99mTc-ZOL (Resoscan, ZAO "Farmsintez", Russia) in patients with metastatic bone involvement.
