Treatment for multicentric carcinoma of the external genitals and skin in the presence of 20-year anogenital condylomatosis and, during its long existence, the development of invasive carcinoma at a few anatomic areas in a female patient with immunosuppression. The etiopathogenetic approach involving antiviral drugs and photodynamic therapy was successfully applied along with the traditional antitumor treatment radiotherapy.
