Relevance - nowadays scientists in laboratory diagnostics field are provided with little data about normative parameters of coagulogram at different stages of normal pregnancy. Objective is to determine the dynamics of a wide range of hemostatic parameters in women in preconception period and in 2-3 days after spontaneous labor. Material and methods. With the help of modern laboratory equipment, available in Russia, parameters were taken into account which characterized different components of hemostatic system - vascular-platelet, coagulant, anticoagulant, and fibrinolytic. We also used integrated methods to study hemocoagulation - thrombin generation test, thromboelastometry, and evaluation of spatial fibrin growth "Thrombodynamics". Results. We determined changes and reference ranges of hemostatic parameters at different stages of pregnancy for 89 different analytes. Obtained data can be used as a guideline when examining pregnant women and taken into account when selecting them into groups at high risk for thrombotic, hemorrhagic, and obstetric complications.
