Presented analysis of interleukin (IL-2 and IL-16) and interferon (IFN-alpha and IFN-gamma) in the serum of 27 patients with Ewing sarcoma, before specific treatment, which we have observed were 6 to 88 months. During the observation period of 12 (44.44%) patients died, 15 (55.56%) survived. The maximum total cumulative figures 3 and 5-year survival rates were found in patients with the content of IL-16 <30 pg/ml of IFN-gamma <24 pg/ml in serum blood - 57% discount - when the content of IL-16 >30 pg/ml and IFN-gamma >24 pg/ml - 25%. The results obtained can be used for further research into the role of interferon gamma and IL-16 in the prognosis of Ewing's sarcoma.
