Abstract:

A new approach for medical research and genetic diagnosis, massively parallel sequencing, has been described in the article. The possibilities of using next-generation sequencing system MiSeq (Illumina) in various clinical fields has been explored: from diagnosis of cancer, genetic and infectious diseases to the possibility of HLA-typing.
