Aim. To receive data on demand for treatment in a specialized cosmetology outpatient clinic in patients with diseases and age-related changes; to assess the potential of injection methods of treatment. Results. In this article, we discuss statistical approaches to the assessment of incidence, pattern and dynamic of cosmetology morbidity and pattern of cosmetology procedures in patients with diseases and age-related changes. We determine the potential of injection methods of treatment and define «demand», «visit» and «procedure» in cosmetology clinic practice. Conclusions. Main burden of regional cosmetology clinic was medical cosmetology (85,7%). Injection treatment in the pattern of demand for general cosmetology was 4%, the share of botulin in injection correction was 31,2% and in general cosmetology — 1,4%. Increase of botulin therapy in 2015 in comparison with 2013 was 4,5 times (p<0,001), which determines relevance and necessity of further research of this injection treatment method in outpatient clinic.
