Nowadays polymorbidity, intertweaving of complaints, blurring of clinical manifestations make the process of diagnosis and treatment of each patient creative, searching. Psoriasis is one of the most common dermatoses in practice of dermatovenereologist. Currently, the cases of combining psoriasis with other dermatoses are more and more common. It complicates the interpretation of the symptoms of diseases and requires a multilateral approach to treatment. Psoriasis and vitiligo are genetically determined multifactorial diseases with immune, neuro-endocrine mechanisms, characterized by participation in the formation of skin eruptions of redox reactions occurring in the patient’s body. Two own clinical observations of a combination of immunosuppressed dermatoses — vulgar psoriasis and vitiligo — are presented. Two women 58 and 62-aged were admitted to dermatological hospital simultaneously due to progressive stage of vulgar psoriasis. Both women had vitiligo for about 30 years. Vitiligo was diagnosed long before the psoriatic eruptions. Liver dysfunction was diagnosed in both cases, one of the patients was newly diagnosed for diabetes type 2. Complex therapy of psoriasis with the use of vitamins, antihistamines, hepatoprotectors, angioprotectors, external keratolytic, anti-inflammatory drugs has led to a significant improvement in the pathological process on the skin, life quality improvement.
