Disruption of the epidermal barrier after removal of benign skin neoplasms always requires application of topical agents promoting full recovery of the epidermis. Aim — the study aimed to evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety profile, and tolerability of healing antibacterial cream used after dermatological procedures associated with removal of seborrheic and actinic keratosis, solar lentigo, fibroma pendulum, and viral or other benign tumors. Material and methods. The study included 205 female and male patients aged 17 to 70 years with various benign skin neoplasms. The mean age of study participants was 34 years and 3 months. Topical application of the antibacterial healing cream, 1 to 3 times a day, was recommended to all study participants. The total duration of antibacterial healing cream application was 5 to 10 days. Results. Application of antibacterial regenerating cream for 5―10 days after hardware and mechanical treatments of benign skin neoplasms significantly reduces subjective sensations and inflammation, with the agent being well tolerated.
