Currently, practicing dermatologists often deal with the combination of diseases: vitiligo and lichen planus, atopic dermatitis and alopecia, but the combination of psoriasis and pemphigus vulgaris have never previously occurred in our practice. Psoriasis is one of the most common dermatological diseases and in most cases psoriasis occurs as a monodermatosis. Currently, the cases of psoriasis in combination with other dermatoses are increasingly more common, which complicates interpretation of symptoms. Moreover, in these cases, one disease makes certain impact on the course of another one, making it more difficult to diagnose. Some authors have also found that concomitant skin disease tend to be more mild and benign when occur in combination with psoriasis. This article reports a case of concomitant pemphigus vulgaris and psoriasis in a female patient.
