Objective — the study was aimed at assessing clinical efficacy of medical cosmetics Topicrem UR-10 in the complex therapy of psoriasis. Material and Methods. The study group consisted of 60 patients with psoriasis, including 30 adults aged 18 to 59 years (mean age 37±1.28 years) and 30 children aged 6 to 17 years (mean age 12±1.1 years). Depending on treatment tactics, study group patients were divided into two groups: subgroup 1 patients received standard therapy in combination with Topicrem UR-10, subgroup 2 patients received standard therapy. Both subgroups of patients were followed for 28 days. Clinical evaluation of patients’ condition was carried out before treatment and on day 14 and 28 after initiation of therapy, including assessment of PASI score and dermatology life quality index (DLQI). Results. Significant clinical efficacy (improvement of psoriatic status and life quality) was observed in patients, whose treatment included medical cosmetics Topicrem UR-10. Conclusion. High safety and clinical efficacy of Topicrem UR-10 suggests that it can be recommended for complex treatment of psoriasis.
