Very low patients' compliance is observed in treatment of acne: ca. 50% of acne patients do not adhere to physician's recommendations. The main reasons include side effects of the drugs and lack of rapid visible improvement. Therefore, the key to efficient acne therapy is the earliest possible start of the therapy, which would take into account the recommendations with strong supporting evidence, and high patients' compliance. On the one hand, the use of skin care products helps to stop and, in some cases, prevent the development of side effects of drugs. On the other hand, it improves the overall efficiency of therapeutic interventions due to certain specific therapeutic activity against the major pathogenetic mechanisms of acne. Material and methods. The study included 91 patients with acne who were prescribed Hyseac skin care products depending on disease severity and the primary treatment, which ensured the high efficacy of therapeutic interventions. Results and Conclusions. It has been shown that the use of Hyseac skin care products improves patients' compliance (>90%).
