Psychoemotional disorders accompany most skin disease, determining their severity and resistance to therapy. To improve management tactics in patients with common chronic dermatoses attended by psychoemotional disorders. Ninety-four patients with psoriasis, eczema, and rosacea were examined. The patients were clinically examined, by determining their dermatological indices and carrying out tests to estimate the patients' quality of life and degree of depressive and anxiety disorders. Autonomic dysfunction was determined from diastolic pressure values and heart rate. The therapeutic index was estimated after treatment completion. Chronic dermatoses were found to have an impact on quality of life and degree of psychoemotional disorders in patients with psoriasis, eczema, and rosacea, which was accompanied by a preponderance of the sympathetic or parasympathetic effect of the autonomic nervous system. Adaptol (1500 mg/day for 30 days) used in the combination therapy of skin diseases led to remission in the majority of patients who showed more pronounced changes in dermatology life quality indices. Combination therapy using Adaptol for dermatoses promotes the higher clinical efficiency of treatment in patients with psoriasis, eczema, and rosacea.
