Abstract:

The authors present the results of phototherapy in a narrow-wavelength range (311 nm) used to treat 30 patients presenting with vulgar psoriasis, associated disturbances in the immunoregulatory component of cellular immunity, and mild dysglobulinemia. The proposed method proved to be highly efficacious and allowed the immune status of the patients to be corrected.
