Abstract:

Valve sparing the aortic root remodeling (Florida Sleeve procedure) is accompanied by favorable postoperative results in patients with aortic root and ascending aortic aneurysm. The authors describe surgical treatment of a patient with aortic root and ascending aortic aneurysm using a modified Florida Sleeve procedure.
