Abstract:

Myocardial revascularization in women is associated with certain difficulties and requires a precise technique due to usually small diameter of the coronary arteries and vulnerable vascular wall. The authors report a combination of severe coronary artery disease with a hereditary form of hypercholesterolemia in a young patient.
