Abstract:

Aim — to develop a prognostic system for surgical treatment of patients with chronic lower limb ischemia. Material and methods. Following prognostically significant variables were analyzed: co-morbidities, hemodynamic data, lipid spectrum changes, D-dimer, C-reactive protein and anamnesis in patients with chronic lower limb ischemia who underwent femoropopliteal bypass. Results. Pathogenetically grounded prediction system has been developed to calculate the risk of disease progression. Disease is estimated to be non-progressive if risk assessment is less than 44 scores and progressive in case of that over 44 scores.
