Abstract:

It was evaluated the clinical efficiency of physical rehabilitation programs in patients with arterial hypertension stage II by using of cyclic simulators and static- dynamic loads with burdening performed on outpatient basis. It is shown that the addition of three-month program of physical rehabilitation to pharmacotherapy leads to an effective reduction of blood pressure, weight loss and improvement of psychological health of patients. The most pronounced improvement was observed in case of cyclic simulators using during training.
