Abstract:

Results of coronary artery bypass grafting on working heart were retrospectively analyzed in patients older than 60 years. Revascularization index amounted 3.4±0.98. Complications in postoperative period were observed in 4 (5.1%) patients. Postoperative bed-day amounted 7.3±2.8 days, total bed-day - 12.9±3.7 days. Mortality amounted 1.3% (1 patient died from perioperative myocardial infarction).
