Abstract:

Cohort prospective open clinical trial including 152 patients with congenital heart septal defects was carried out to evaluate safety and efficacy of algorithm for choosing optimal tactics in concomitant tricuspid failure. Clinical cases that allow evaluating this algorithm in choice of surgical tactics are described.
