Abstract:

Experience of treatment for chylothorax after surgical treatment of descending thoracic aorta aneurysms is presented. Frequency of chylothorax amounted 3.2% (6 from 184 operated patients). Methods of prophylaxis and treatment for postoperative chylothorax are described in detail. Clinical observations are presented.
