Results of diagnosis of incarcerated inguinal hernias and surgeries via open and videolaparoscopic approach are demonstrated. Relevance of the research is figured out, clinical material, diagnostic and treatment techniques are presented. Indications and contraindications for videolaparoscopy in incarcerated groin hernias are formulated, the technique of videolaparoscopic herniorrhaphy is illustrated, and comparison of postoperative period main criteria has been carried out. Diagnostic and treatment videolaparoscopy was concluded to be applicable in patients with incarcerated inguinal hernias.
