Abstract:

Article provides the authors' experience of laparoscopic treatment of 52 patients with ureteral strictures. Based on the results obtained outcomes of laparoscopic pyeloplasty are comparable with the same of conventional open surgery. However, compared with other minimally invasive techniques, results of endovideosurgical pyeloplasty were significantly better. Thus, endovideosurgical method of surgical treatment of patients with ureteropelvic junction obstruction can be viewed as a method of choice for experienced laparoscopic surgeons.
