Reperfusion therapy is a modern and effective treatment for acute ischemic stroke. Arterial hypertension is common in these patients. In this review, the authors evaluate the influence of systemic hemodynamics during reperfusion therapy on the outcomes of ischemic stroke and discuss key points of hemodynamic optimization in acute period of stroke. These data are valuable to reduce the incidence of hemorrhagic complications and improve functional outcomes in these patients.
