Abstract:

We report successful treatment of a teenager with acute multicomponent cerebral damage (fall from height injury, high-voltage electrical injury, sepsis-associated encephalopathy). The issues of diagnosis and pathogenetic treatment, as well as methodology of neurovegetative stabilization are discussed. The last method of antinociceptive protection integrates the patient’s sanogenetic potential that ensured favorable outcome and minimal disability.
