Abstract:

The authors consider the predictors of persistent biomechanical rearrangements in patients with chronic pelvic pain syndromes. The most common muscular-tonic pelvic disturbances in patients with chronic pelvic pain syndrome are reviewed. The authors describe an original method for correction of biomechanical pelvic disorders in patients with prolonged static loads. Moreover, an original device for correction based on biofeedback is presented. Potential positive effect of the method on static and dynamic parameters of biomechanics and the course of chronic pelvic pain syndrome is concluded.
