Abstract:

Author have examined 80 children and adolescents, aged 10-16 years, with inherited abnormalities (development defects) of blood flow treated with surgical or therapeutic methods. Clinical and psychometric assessment of psychic status, along with results of psychological examination, has been performed. Based on the data obtained, the author has formulated recommendations for primary and secondary preventing the risk of formation of mental development delay, stable emotional-behavioral disorders and adaptation disorders with taking into account family and school situation.
