Abstract:

Archival data of psychiatric hospital N1 in Tver on a malignant neuroleptic syndrome and febrile schizophrenia over the 35 year period (1975-2010) were studied. Based on the analysis of data obtained, the most significant criteria of differential diagnosis of these diseases were determined. The original differential-diagnostic mathematical model was worked out on the basis of discriminative statistical analysis of anamnesis and clinical data. Examples of practical using of this model for testing of specific cases are presented.
