Факторы риска развития кровотечений в послеоперационном периоде после тонзиллэктомии. Систематический обзор

Резюме

Хирургическое вмешательство остается одним из основных методов лечения хронического тонзиллита, оно позволяет полностью избавить пациентов от симптомов заболевания и улучшить качество жизни. Однако двусторонняя тонзиллэктомия сопряжена с риском развития послеоперационных осложнений, нередко угрожающих жизни пациента. В представленном систематическом обзоре содержится информация о кровотечениях, возникающих после двухсторонней тонзиллэктомии, а также о мерах по их профилактике. В анализ включены оригинальные статьи, отчеты о клинических случаях и обзоры литературы.
