
Интраназальные стенты в эндоскопической хирургии околоносовых пазух: обзор эффективности и безопасности

Резюме
Применение стентов является одним из эффективных методов профилактики послеоперационных осложнений при эндоназальных операциях. К настоящему моменту разработано большое количество разнообразных методов стентирования, как с использованием готовых технических решений, так и с применением изделий, изготовленных непосредственно во время операции из доступных материалов. Обзор посвящен вопросу применения стентов при функциональной эндоскопической хирургии околоносовых пазух. Описаны различные варианты стентов, предложена авторская классификация стентов, изучен вопрос сроков установки стентов, а также проведено сравнение различных методов эндоназального стентирования с точки зрения их эффективности. Стентирование околоносовых пазух является эффективным методом профилактики послеоперационных осложнений, однако требуется проведение дальнейших исследований для определения наиболее оптимальных форм стентов, а также сроков их установки.
