Ovarian cysts in fetuses are the most common abdominal cysts in them, detected prenatally. Based on the data of published works, this article discusses the etiology of ovarian cysts in the fetus, their complications, the principles of ultrasound diagnosis, and issues of differential diagnosis, management and treatment tactics of such patients. The authors present their own experience in the diagnosis of ovarian cysts in the fetus, as well as the features of their prenatal course and postnatal outcome. Particular attention is paid to the discussion of non-standard clinical cases with recommendations for the management and delivery of such pregnant women.
