Wounds healing after endo-nasal surgery in nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses proceeds similarly in wound process having morphological and functional features inherent in this area. Wounds healing in nasal cavity and paranasal structures is characterized by staging with approximate completion time because regeneration process depends on the initial pathological damage of the tissue, the volume of intervention and postoperative care. The clinician’s understanding of the healing surface principles, postoperative care knowledge, the usage of modern methods aimed at accelerating tissue regeneration would contribute to the early patients’ rehabilitation, reducing the complications’ incidence and reoperations rate.
