The paper deals with major problems in the primary health facilities that participate in prophylactic medical examinations and affect the satisfaction of insured people with the quality of medical service. Their major reasons are named and approaches to enhancing the attractiveness and demand of mass preventive measures proposed. The paper shows the experience of their successful implementation in the healthcare facilities that are participants of the project «Lean Polyclinic» and have introduced the lean production methods and ideology in everyday practice.
