Abstract:

Acne is one of the most common skin diseases and is detected in 85% of people aged 12 to 25 years. Cosmetic imperfections in the face, back, and chest sharply reduce the quality of life of patients, can cause psycho-emotional disorders, mainly of a depressive nature, significantly reduce self-esteem and quality of life, which makes it possible to regard acne as a serious medical and social problem. Despite the numerous current studies of domestic and foreign authors in the field of studying the pathogenesis of acne, indicating the multicomponent nature of risk factors, the pathogenesis of acne, the significance of certain risk factors, and most importantly their combination in the prognosis of the disease, have not been completely studied. This pathology has multifaceted etipatogenesis, moreover, often acne is the first and only marker of systemic pathology, in particular, diseases of the reproductive system. To increase the clinical effectiveness and consistency of therapy, it is necessary to develop new comprehensive patient examination programs based on interdisciplinary interaction.
