The case of successful treatment of a patient with infertility has been presented. This patient had transvaginal puncture in IVF program complicated by the intra-abdominal bleeding that required treatment for hemostasis. Blood transfusion (concentrated red cells and fresh frozen plasma) has been performed to sustain blood loss volume. Five hours later TRALI-syndrome has been developed. Intensive therapy, including artificial lung ventilation (ALV) has been performed.
