Abstract:

A clinical example of successful treatment of severe combined pathology (diffuse adenomyosis of the III degree and myoma) by Hisao Osada technique at young twenty two year-sold patent is presented. We visually showed the effectiveness of preoperative preparation with Ulipristal acetate that helped to prevent severe posthemorrhagic anemia and provide more comfortable conditions for metroplastic operation.
