Abstract:

The influence of oxidative stress on spermatogenesis and male fertility is discussed. The treatment with various enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants to minimize free radicals generation is highlighted. The results of several studies assessing the role of oral antioxidant therapy in male infertility are presented.
