Objectives. The article is devoted to the study of thyroid pathology prevalence in pregnant women visiting Saratov policlinics and to the analysis of current and previous pregnancies among women with a diffuse and nodal eutiroid goiter. Material and methods. 65 women aged 19-39 years old were investigated at 8-12 weeks of gestation. TSH and antibodies to a thyroid perioxidase were measured. The volume and the structure of thyroid glands were evaluated. Results. 49.2% patients had thyroid pathology: 33.8% had diffuse euthyroid goiter, 4.6% had nodal euthyroid goiter, 7.7% had primary hypothyrosis and 3% had diffuse toxic goiter. Conclusion. The retrospective analysis showed no significant correlation between pregnancy outcomes and TSH level.
