Abstract:

OBJECTIVE

To develop a standard of the order on medical care provision in the Russian Federation.

MATERIAL AND METHODS

Literature data and regulatory legal acts devoted to organization of the order on medical care provision were analyzed. We used analysis and synthesis methods to develop the requirements for standardized form of the order on medical care provision.

RESULTS

We developed a standardized form (template) of an order on medical care provision. Recommendations on description of medical care provision in accordance with a template are presented. For the first time, we proposed the new appendices to the order on medical care provision including requirements for comprehensiveness of medical care, rules of information interaction and follow-up. We also indicated the need for updating approaches to the licensing of medical activities considering medical services on adjacent medical care profiles. The developed template of an order on medical care provision fully complies with the requirements of the current legislation on its structure and content.

CONCLUSION

Standardized form of an order on medical care provision will facilitate unification of approaches to their formation. The development and updating of medical care procedures according to profiles, diseases and conditions in accordance with the presented template can become a part of standardization process in healthcare system in the Russian Federation.
