Psoriasis is a systemic chronic immunoinflammatory disease with skin, nails, and joints being the main end organs. There is no consensus about the psoriasis etiology; genetic and environmental factors are considered the main causes. The subject of a specific study is the association of psoriasis and allergic and autoimmune diseases. Psoriasis is known to be associated with digestive disorders. One of the contributing factors to gastrointestinal symptoms is food allergies. Therefore, it seems relevant to study psoriasis and food allergy from a comorbidity perspective. We present a clinical case of a 45-year-old patient with psoriasis associated with multiple food allergies. This clinical case shows that an individual elimination diet based on the patient’s allergological examination can contribute to the resolution of psoriasis foci. The presented case indicates the need for specific allergological tests for such patients and individual therapy based on the causative allergens.
