Studies to assess the prevalence of human papillomavirus (HPV) are carried out in many countries around the world. It is the most common sexually transmitted infection (STI). HPV is the cause of high cancer incidence and mortality among the younger population, along with HIV is considered an STI with the most expensive treatment from the point of view of the alleged direct medical costs. The determination of the nuances of treatment of patients with clinical manifestations of papillomavirus infection (PVI) is thus becoming increasingly important. Objectives — the study of the clinical efficacy of liniment of meglumine acridone acetate in the treatment of HPV skin lesions of the anogenital region and drawing up a clinical and social portrait of a patient with manifestations of PVI. Material and methods. 60 people with disease patterns caused by HPV were examined. Results. It was determined that HPV is often combined with habitual intoxication, the presence of tattoos, an unbalanced diet, an increase in body mass index; is associated with the sexual behavior, hygiene measures. The liniment of meglumine acridone acetate, used after laser destruction of HPV manifestations of high and low oncogenic risk, showed high clinical efficacy, which was reflected in a decrease in the frequency of relapses, the average area and the number of lesions. Conclusion. Liniment of meglumine acridone acetate can be recommended as an additional anti-relapse treatment after the destruction of the clinical manifestations of HPI.
