Objective — the objective of the study was to develop a system of therapeutic and preventive measures aimed at correcting the nutritional disorders and individual aspects of the lifestyle of patients with mild to moderate psoriasis based on the comprehensive assessment of the diet, eating behavior, and harmful habits. Material and methods. The study included 261 patients with mild to moderate psoriasis vulgaris (142 males and 119 females). Of these, 101 patients had mild dermatosis, and 160 patients had moderate dermatosis. We carried out a comprehensive study of diet and lifestyle factors in patients with psoriasis using clinical, analytical, and statistical research methods, including three-factor analysis of variance. Results. We analyzed the factors of the lifestyle of 261 patients with mild to moderate psoriasis vulgaris. It was found that poor diet (imbalanced food basket and eating behavior; the presence of harmful habits, such as smoking and alcohol intake; additional salting of ready-to-eat meals; physical inactivity and refuse to take vitamin and mineral complexes) worsen the clinical course of the disease. We developed a system of measures to optimize diet and lifestyle of patients with psoriasis based on the detected disorders. Conclusion. We suggested the multilevel model to optimize diet, which includes improvement of dietary awareness of psoriatic patients as the first stage and optimization of diet and lifestyle factors as the second stage. We developed the two-level set of measures, including individual, therapeutic, and preventive correction profile, aimed at practical implementation of measures to optimize the actual diet and lifestyle of psoriatic patients.
