Today, combined pathology (polymorbidity) is rare in physician's practice. A literature review on the frequency of polymorbidity in patients of different age is presented. A significant increase in the incidence of polymorbidity in people over 80 years old was reported. Different cutaneous manifestations generally accompany the primary somatic disease. However, concomitant cutaneous pathology may occur without any manifestations of the primary chronic process. The authors report the results of their own clinical observation on combined cutaneous pathology (the primary somatic disease was not specified when the patient was admitted to the hospital). Polymorbidity was identified in the patient as a combination of four skin disorders: Graham-Little-Piccardi-Lassueur syndrome, morphea guttata, acne inverse, and Schamberg disease. All diagnoses were confirmed by histology tests.
