Abstract:

The authors present a 46-year-old patient suffering from coronary artery disease and post-infarction cardiac sclerosis complicated by complex ventricular arrhythmias. These adverse events require a combination of different treatment modalities (medical and endovascular) to achieve appropriate effect.
