Abstract:

Patients with concomitant severe coronary and carotid vascular lesion are specific high risk group. Surgical approaches are controversial for these patients. Surgical treatment of 59-year-old patient with severe coronary artery disease and cerebrovascular insufficiency due to significant brachiocephalic and coronary vascular lesion is presented in the article. Patient underwent simultaneous bilateral aortic-carotid replacement and coronary artery bypass grafting by using of microvascular technique and surgical microscope. We obtained satisfactory clinical and angiographic results. Need for individual approach in patients with severe coronary and carotid vascular lesion was concluded.
