Abstract:

Aim — to study the influence of the inclusion of cytoflavin in the complex therapy of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension. Material and methods. 80 patients were divided into 2 groups depending on the use during the treatment of cytoflavin. Results. It was noted that the use of cytoflavin was accompanied by an improvement in clinical status and functional status. The disappearance of angina attacks was accompanied by an improvement in tolerance to physical exertion, a positive dynamics of diastolic blood pressure and changes in the very low-frequency part of the spectrum of heart rate variability. Conclusion. In patients with IHD with AH, it is justified to include cytoflavin in a complex of therapeutic measures.
