Abstract:

It was analyzed the results of group and individual psycho-physical rehabilitation of elderly patients with prior myocardial infarction. Higher efficiency of individual psychophysical rehabilitation is demonstrated in comparison with the group method. In comparison with a group method individual method of psycho-physical rehabilitation lets to avoid potential adverse outcomes. Using of individual method brings to absence of adverse outcomes in every 3rd patient with stable exertional angina FC II and in every 4th patient with stable exertional angina FC III. Also using of individual method brings to absence of adverse outcomes in every 2nd - 3rd patient with chronic heart failure FC I and in every 3rd - 4th patient with chronic heart failure FC II.
