Dynamics of clinico-functional and socio-demographic indices was analyzed in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) at the Chelyabinsk interregional cardiac center during 2000-2009 years. Over this period of time mean age of the patients undergoing CABG increased from 50,5±8,0 to56,4±7,5 years (р<0,05), percent of female patients increased from 3.6 to 12.5% (p<0,001), frequency of hypercholesterolemia and left ventricular aneurysms decreased from 98,2 to 79,7% (p<0,001) and from 12,7 to 4,8% (p<0,01) accordingly, percent of patients with arterial hypertension increased from 31 to 83% (p<0,01), percent of patients undergoing CABG using two types of transplants (aortocoronary + mammary coronary bypasses) increased from с 61,8 to 80,5%. Significant changes in structure of pharmacologic therapy were observed. Mortality over the analyzed period decreased from 5,5 to 1,2% (p<0,05).
