Possibilities for evaluation of anomalous origin of left coronary artery from main trunk of pulmonary artery and estimation of extent of left ventricular ischemic lesions using computer tomography and magnetic resonance tomography were analyzed. 13 patients aged 1.9-26.6 years were investigated. Clinical examples are presented.
