Abstract:

40 patients operated with or without artificial circulation were divided into groups. It is estimated that patients operated under artificial circulation present with dysfunction of mesentery perfusion remaining till the end of operation. Decreased microcirculation was observed in both groups though it was caused by negative impact of extracorporal blood circulation in the group with artificial circulation while in the group of patients operated on working heart it was caused by decrease of body temperature.
