Abstract:

Results of surgical treatment are analyzed in patients with atrial fibrillation and coronary heart disease. Combined operation of coronary bypass grafting and epicardial radio-frequency ablation of left atrial gangliac plexuses using Cardioblate system was carried out in 45 patients. It is estimated that combined operation provides restoration of sinus rhythm in 91.1% of patients by the time of discharge form hospital.
